Payment Notice:
When making payment through PayPal please be sure to include/verify the name of the person who will be participating in the workshop. If you are purchasing a workshop pass on behalf of another person, be sure to include the participants name in the “Add special instructions to the seller” section of the confirmation payment (under the “Description” category of the confirmation payment section).

Please remember to bring a print out receipt of your purchase to the event for verification.

Refunds and Exchanges:
NO REFUNDS on workshops!  

Canceled and/or Postponed Events:
In the event a workshop/event is canceled or postponed by Cruz Productions, you have the option of a credit towards the next Cruz Productions workshop/event.

Parental/Guardian Disclosure:
Individuals under the age of 18 years who part take and are present at any Cruz Productions event do so at their own disclosure/risk and adhere to all the terms/regulations/functionality of Cruz Productions by default with or without the approval and influence by any outside individual/party. Cruz Productions and any affiliated organizations/companies holds no responsibility and/or liability for any minors present during such events. A parent or legal guardian is strictly advised to be present during registration.

Note: These workshops may be advanced in level and prior experience is advised. Music and choreographer materials used at these workshops by the choreographers may be for an older, mature audience and inappropriate for younger crowds under the age of 13.

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between Cruz Productions, LLC and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the workshops presented by Cruz Productions, LCC and the partnered organization/company. Included priced content/cost(s), free product samples or freebie offers or services provided by or listed within Cruz Production,LLC and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by Cruz Productions, LLC at any time and at any frequency without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the site (www.cruzproductions.weebly.com), and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site and agreeing to any/all information provided.

By clicking the "Buy Now" button and proceeding with payment, you (customer) are here forth in acknowledgment and in full agreement of all terms and conditions listed above as well as further details/information regarding costs and terms for the selected number of class options chosen by you (customer), and provided by Cruz Productions, LLC Paypal account.
